Interested in visiting your student during their time at Harlaxton, but not sure how or when to plan it? The Harlaxton family trip gives you the chance to stay at the manor, travel with your student, and take part in special family events at Harlaxton without the stress of organizing it all yourself! This fall, we are excited to offer this opportunity over the Thanksgiving holiday, to give families the chance to spend this American occasion together and explore the UK!

• Families will be housed in student rooms during this program, which have single beds and bathrooms down the hall.
• There are two options for program prices: $910/person or $1395/couple.
• The price includes the itinerary above. Flights to/ from the UK are extra and the responsibility of the participant(s) to book.
• We provide airport pick-up on arrival and ask that you book flights (or make your own way back to Heathrow if doing independent travel in advance) to arrive by 10 a.m. on the program start date.
• There is not transport provided back to Heathrow at the end of the program as we find that most families choose to stay on in London or travel onward afterward. Work with your student on what you would like to do for this!
• Students will automatically be added to the list for the day trips for this program at no extra cost.
• The deadline to register and pay in full is October 1, 2023!
