Welcome to Harlaxton, visiting students! We're thrilled to see you are interested in spending a semester or summer at Harlaxton! Here's what you may be wondering:

Can I go to Harlaxton?

Yes! We want everyone to be able to experience Harlaxton. We have UE students that come to Harlaxton, students from our partner universities, and students from other universities across the United States!

How do I apply?

Talk to your study abroad adviser about your option to study abroad at Harlaxton. Once you have applied with your home university to study abroad and are cleared to go, you can apply with us!

The Harlaxton application process is easy and all online! You will apply and later complete pre-departure materials on myHarlaxton.

On myHarlaxton, you'll see all the different program options that you can apply to for Harlaxton. Clicking into those will take you to a page where you can just click “Apply Now” to start your application.

When prompted to log in to the system, select “I do not have login credentials to this site” and follow the instructions to create an account.

There will be several questionnaires to complete on the application and a $45 application fee. Once those are done, you will receive a status update in just a few days!

When can I go to Harlaxton?

We have programs for the semesters or for the summer. Most students choose to go to Harlaxton during their Sophomore or Junior year.

Typically, you will want to apply to Harlaxton about 1 year before you want to go to Harlaxton. So, if you want to go in the fall of your sophomore year, you will need to apply in the fall of your freshman year.

When should I go to Harlaxton for my major or interest?

We've got a wide variety of majors that choose to study at Harlaxton! The best way to figure out when is best for you is to talk with your academic adviser and check out our courses we are offering.

How do I get credits?

You will get transfer credits from the University of Evansville for the classes you take at Harlaxton. Talk with your academic adviser about the courses you want to take to see how the credits would transfer. They could come back as electives or as specific courses from your campus that are accepted as equivalent to Harlaxton's.

How much will it cost?
